How often will I need therapy?

Therapy provision and time frames depend on the client and condition. As everyone has different symptoms, concerns and experiences, time frames are varied. Appointments tend to be organized on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Please speak with your health professional for further information regarding time frames.

Is there a waiting list?

There are no waiting lists.

Do I need a Doctors referral?

Written referrals are not necessary to book an appointment with our therapists. An allied health referral under Medicare funded Chronic Disease Management Program (CDMP) from your GP can assist you in claiming a portion of cost towards allied health service.

What can I do at home?

Home programs and therapy is crucial in achieving the best results. If applicable, our health professions will provide you will information and programs that you can complete at home.

Is there disabled access and parking?

Yes. All our clinics have disability parking, access and facilities.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made through cash, EFTPOS or electronic funds transfer. Clients can also pay via credit card over the phone if they cannot pay in person.
